A Message from Our Principal

I am honored to be serving in my eighth year as the Principal of John Barry Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. It is an incredible honor to continue leading such an amazing school that has been nationally recognized for its student success.

I have worked as both the Principal and the Assistant Principal here at Barry for the past eleven years. During my time at John Barry, I have had the privilege of working with your children, as well as many of you, to ensure that your child is receiving the highest level of academic instruction and social-emotional support. I truly believe that John Barry has the best staff, students, families, and community support, and I vow to continue to lead John Barry to even greater accomplishments.

Mrs. Dixon is in her 8th year as the Assistant Principal and continues to support staff, students, and families on their path to success.
